加油遭圍捕 毒販扯斷加油槍幸未釀災

高雄警方追緝擁槍毒販，趁著毒販停車加油時逮人，毒販不顧危險，硬是加速逃離，連加油槍都被扯斷，幸好沒有釀成災害。而毒販也躲不過警察圍捕，棄車逃跑時遭到制伏。(林憲源報導)

毒販蔡姓男子遭到高雄地檢署以及台東地檢署通緝，高雄市鳳山警察分局跟監毒販，眼見毒販開車進到苓雅區建國路上的加油站時，立即上前圍捕，但嫌犯為求脫身，也不管加油槍還加油，開車加速衝撞，撞飛警方的一輛機車後逃離，被扯斷的加油槍還插在汽車加油孔上跟著跑，幸好沒有釀成災害。

警方一路圍捕，嫌犯無法擺脫，逃到鳳山區王生明路時棄車逃跑，遭到制伏。員警從嫌犯身上搜出少量海洛因、安非他命，帶同嫌犯回到鳳山五甲二路的住處時，再逮捕蔡嫌女友程嫌，現場搜出已上膛的改造手槍、空氣手槍、子彈16發、海洛因、安非他命、販毒及吸毒工具等證物。

嫌犯被依毒品罪、持有槍械、毀損等罪嫌送辦。
