美麗灣翻版　宜蘭蜜月灣恐淪財團牟利

宜蘭縣頭城台二線路旁蜜月灣，屬於東北角海岸風景區，緊鄰大溪國小為著名的美麗沙灘，傳出恐淪為財團專屬海灘，開發牟利，宛如台東美麗灣案翻版。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，1家建設公司結合企業在2011年4月15日取得蜜月灣開發通過環評，今年4月再提出「宜蘭大溪蜜月灣整體開發計畫」送審。該案欲打造海岸遊憩區、旅館區、別墅區等，總開發面積達107.4公頃，投資金額逾60億元，是宜蘭縣有史以來最大開發案。

宜蘭縣府表示，海岸屬公共財，業者以「專屬海灘控制環境品質」，恐剝奪民眾親水權，再者，開發區有2條土石流潛勢溪流，一旦成災後果堪慮。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
