Most of the people (whom) you went to high school with will have gotten married before they turn thirty.

=跟你一起上高中的那些人，大部分在三十歲之前就會結婚了。

用未來式的原因是這些人現在都還沒有三十歲，副詞子句提供未來的時間點時，用的是現在簡單式（before they turn thirty），這時主要子句就要用［未來］或［未來完成式］。這時態變化跟介系詞with無關。
