搖晃過大傷嬰兒 保母遭訴

何姓保母將約2個月大女嬰放在搖籃中，疑搖晃過大，造成女嬰四肢不自主抽動和嘴角歪斜，家長提告，檢方今天偵結起訴。

高雄地檢署表示，何姓保母去年11月受黃姓女子所託照顧女嬰，10多天後黃女發現孩子四肢不自主抽動，嘴角歪斜，送醫急診救治，並診斷疑似嬰兒搖晃症候群，因此提出告訴。

起訴書指出，何姓保母明知嬰兒頭部支撐力量不足，遭外力搖晃會造成顱內出血或梗塞，卻將女嬰放在搖籃搖晃，難辭過失傷害責任。檢察官偵查終結，依業務過失重傷害罪起訴。
