民進黨阻核四公投案，江宜樺臨時取消行程，坐鎮行政院。

立法院臨時會議程原訂今（2）日表決核四公投案，但朝野爆發肢體衝突，導致議事持續停擺。為了因應情勢變化，行政院長江宜樺臨時取消上午公開行程，坐鎮行政院掌握相關情況。
江宜樺上午預訂出席「102年全國公教美展頒獎暨開幕典禮」和「101年調解案件榮獲中央各獎項績優人員表揚大會」，但因民進黨強行佔據議場，讓江揆臨時變更行程。
行政院發言人鄭麗文受訪指出，政院支持將核四議題付諸公投，讓大家有行使公投權利的機會。
她強調，負責核安的重責大任，政府責無旁貸，過去「沒有核安，就沒有核能」的立場也不曾改變和動搖。所有核電廠都會由原能會進行監督，只要不合乎安全規定，就會停止運轉，政府絕對會確保核能安全。
對民進黨干擾議事，她只強調，希望核四這麼重大議題，能付諸公投讓大家行使權力。
