民進黨立法院黨團為了杯葛核四公投案，自1日傍晚起，占據議場主席台。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池今（3）日率領黨團立委徐少萍、王育敏、陳淑慧、吳育仁、丁守中等人進入議場，引起輪值的民進黨立委一陣驚張、騷動。
民進黨立委管碧玲在臉書上傳照片，直指藍營立委林鴻池在上午11時，帶著徐少萍、王育敏、陳淑慧、吳育仁、陳正德、黃昭順、丁守中、林德福、曾巨威、紀國棟等人，進入議場騷擾。
林鴻池受訪表示，民進黨立委既然要占主席台，國民黨團會伺機而動，「不定時去探一下虛實」，並排定輪班表，一有機會立刻搶攻。
