美近半數房屋買賣以現金交易

最近的幾項研究顯示，將近半數的美國房屋買賣是以現金進行交易，但房地產專家表示，現金交易增加意味融資困難，對於房屋業景氣並不是好事。

RealtyTracy發布的不動產交易資料顯示，純現金購房占2013年7月所有住宅房產交易的40%，高於前一個月的35%與2012年7月的31%，是該公司2011年1月開始調查這項數據以來的第二高水準，僅次於2012年3 月的53%。
