國道計程將上路　收費員憂失業燒炭亡

【綜合報導】國道計程收費預計年底前上路，屆時全台964名國道收費員將全數失業，為爭取權益，日前有收費員發起自救會，目前已有700多人參與，收費員自救會昨痛批，高公局和遠通電收說要協助收費員轉職根本是一場騙局，之前離職的244人，僅30人成功轉職；因擔心年底失業，日前更有一名任職竹田收費站的鄭姓收費員為此自殺身亡。

國道收費員現有964人，但收費員自救會昨抨擊，要轉職到遠通電收等相關企業，得循一般求職程序，遞履歷、面試，且還限學歷、會使用什麼電腦程式，對多數只有高中畢業的收費員來說，連遞履歷的資格都沒有，否則就是面試被退貨或上班被刁難，因此之前因增開電子收費車道被迫離職的244人，僅30人成功轉職，且有8人不久就被逼走。年底一到，900多人就都要失業。
