花了大錢買新房，漏水這件事我真是沒料到！

會蓋出這種漏水屋的建商真的超多!

我前年也預訂了一間新成屋，
幸好下雨天有去看，發現漏水趕快退訂，
而且那間房子漏水的程度還沒有樓主這間嚴重。

這種問題很難徹底解決，我猜後來應該也是牆壁打針處理，
撐個幾年，等過保固期以後，又會開始漏水。

樓主現在應該沒辦法退訂了，只能看建商願不願意延長保固期，
不然就趁現在房市大好的時候，賣給下一個人吧，搞不好還可以賺一筆。
