基隆水災治水 李鴻源：中央協助

針對基隆8月三次淹水災情問題，內政部長李鴻源今天在警察大學校慶及開學典禮前受訪表示，每縣市有些相同或不同的地方，基隆是狹小山城，總合治水觀念相同，方法卻與南部縣市不同，這些事情，他不認為基隆市府有能力解決，需要中央極力來協助。
