2少年灌酒害死少女　法官僅判管束

【綜合報導】桃園14歲趙姓少女，今年2月被邱、蔡姓兩少年灌高梁酒致死案，桃園地院少年法庭上月間將邱姓少年依強制、過失致死等罪裁定交付保護管束兩年，並需勞動服務，蔡姓少年部分則未宣判；但趙母昨哭訴說：「法院說要給少年一個機會，可是誰還我女兒公道？」

趙母昨說：「聽完判決，我是一路哭回家」、「邱姓少年在半個小時內，灌了女兒一瓶高梁，顯然早有預謀是故意的，但法院卻說是過失，還說要給少年一個機會，可是誰來還我已死去的女兒公道呢？因此決定委請律師提抗告。」 桃園地院發言人吳為平說，法官經過訊問被告和家屬，並參考家暴官的調查後，依法作出上述裁定；若被害人家屬不服，可提抗告。
