中央災害應變中心21日晚上9時30分舉行第6次工作會報，經濟部水利署表示，受天兔颱風影響，經統計共造成全台有8萬9896戶停電，經搶修已完成5萬2309戶恢復供電，尚有新竹縣、屏東縣、台東縣及金門縣，共3萬7587戶尚待修復。
