記者游本謀／宜蘭報導 重陽節將屆，蘇澳鎮特別認購宜蘭縣社會福利聯合勸募基金會1萬5千多張愛心禮券，贈送給70歲以上長輩，向長者們賀節，並且幫助縣內弱勢團體，「雙重愛心」別具意義。 蘇澳鎮長林騰煌指出，歷年來鎮公所的敬老禮品多以具實用性為主，因考量長輩們的需求不一，為顧及其個別需要，從101年起改為贈送「聯合勸募愛心禮券」。凡設籍蘇澳鎮內，年滿70歲至89歲，每人300元，計4695人；90歲至99歲，每人贈800元，計166人。如此一來，除可讓長輩自行選購所需商品外，更能幫助弱勢團體募集經費，從事公益慈善事業。 宜蘭聯勤基金會執行長陳凌鳳表示，蘇澳鎮今年年滿70歲至99歲之長者，計有4,861位，購買禮券張數計有1萬5,656張，共156萬5,600元，代表蘇澳鎮公所與鎮內全體耆老對於社會公益事業的支持，期望藉由本次認購愛心禮券，讓縣內各公益慈善團體得以募集更多資金，協助弱勢民眾參與社區活動，拓展生活適應能力，積極融入社會群體生活。 聯合勸募愛心禮券之合作廠商計有110家，範圍廣及超商、蛋糕業者、書店、眼鏡行、餐館等。蘇澳鎮就有10家商店。禮券使用範圍廣泛且無使用期限，領有禮券之長輩可依實際需要自行選購商品，即日起至10月13日，委由各里辦公處送達各長者住所。蘇澳鎮百歲人瑞有5位，每位由公所贈禮金6000元，將另行發送。
