【綜合報導】前天洩氣上岸躲颱風的黃色小鴨，原定在今天下午1點要在高雄光榮碼頭充氣復出，不過因為高雄現在還在颳著7級風，所以主辦單位決定，為了安全，將充氣的時間延至下午3點。
