監聽疑雲衝擊國民黨政權，馬英九總統30日表示，經過調查，若證明檢察總長黃世銘確有不法，政府一定會依法究辦，絕對不會護短。
因應立法院開議，馬總統以小規模座談方式，分7梯次邀請立委談論國事。在這最後一場座談中，共有11位立委出席，出席者包括王進士、陳雪生、楊應雄、蔡錦隆、謝國樑、羅淑蕾、蘇清泉、鄭汝芬、廖正井、黃志雄與吳育仁等人。
總統府發言人李佳霏會後轉述，與會立委就自身關心的事項向總統及行政院長江宜樺表達意見，包括司法關說案、福建省主席、離島航空票價等議題。
對於立法院長王金平涉入司法關說案，有立委力挺總統堅持司法獨立，認為司法關說當然不對，王院長還是應向社會大眾道歉，以平息紛爭。但這位立委擔心，訴訟照打、政務照推的原則從立院實務運作來看，困難重重，希望未來能有更好的方式，努力推動政務。

另有立委認為，監聽疑雲模糊了關說的焦點，希望政府釐清真相，不要再讓人心惶惶。也有立委主張「黃世銘下台，訴訟到此結束」，儘速返回正軌，力推國會改革。 (接下一頁)
