我的車現在大約是45000km 回原廠保養原廠說45000km要清積碳我沒事幹嘛掉點滴？我說我以後再清～結果保養完後，隔天就發生很誇張的冷車怠速抖動整個車都在慢速抖晃，儀表轉速忽高忽低，開車時加速無力我先打電話告知車廠，到下週末放假衝去原廠果然接待業務說可能是積碳問題，我就火了，我說保養完突然就積碳變嚴重？他只好說要檢查一下：出來告訴我引擎支架損耗壞了我知道引擎支架的確會造成這種現象但我比較納悶的是 1. 為何是在保養完第二天（因為冷車叫明顯，當天熱車不容易發現) 2. 保養時若支架有問題，為何保養人員當下未發現？我只好合理懷疑～ 1. 因為我不按時清積碳，他故意鬆綁我的引擎支架 2. 我送回原廠，他就在把我引擎支架鎖好，然後又收我工時與材料費？我告訴維修員，為何保養完突然引擎支架就掛了他告訴我：這個也很難說的準..... 我不知道我的想法與判斷合不合理~主要是時間也太巧合了之後我不會再去這家原廠4S店保養 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.13.214.82
