混大統油 頂新最高恐罰逾3億

頂新製油實業公司使用大統油製造味全調合油，屏縣衛生局表示，頂新如果知情大統油有添加物，將重罰新台幣逾三億元。屏縣衛生局也因廿七日接到衛福部資訊指頂新進口棉籽油，到屏東廠稽查時，意外查獲紅色筒裝問題油中，標示Ａ記號的綠色橄欖油，添加了銅葉綠素的玄機。

屏東縣衛生局食品衛生科長李佳芳指出，頂新使用大統油製造廿一項味全調合油，屆時味全調合油如果被驗出有銅葉綠素及棉籽油，頂新人員如果事先知情大統油有問題還用，依食品衛生管理法，頂新將被以惡意欺騙，裁罰每項一千五百萬元。

依頂新出示清單，使用大統油製造廿一項味全調合油，也就是說，頂新有可能被罰三‧一五億。

【記者毛麗貞／屏東報導】頂新製油實業公司使用大統油製造味全調合油，因未主動通報向大統進貨並提供產品清單，屏東縣衛生局昨（四）日予以開罰三百萬元。該局人員昨日上午亦配合檢調單位，至頂新屏東廠調查。
