陸資入股TBC？　NCC：兩天內徹查

【方翊倩／綜合報導】國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）通過台灣寬頻通訊（TBC）大股東麥格理變更上層股東投資架構，遭立委砲轟，NCC主委石世豪承諾，將在這兩天徹查TBC所屬的APTT（亞洲付費電視信託基金）在海外的股權結構。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，TBC大股東麥格里將投資多國的付費有線電視系統業者整合成APTT基金，到新加坡上市；麥格理向NCC申請變更上層投資架構，並且提出信託契約，將限制黨政軍、中資等投資人買進信託憑證。石世豪表示，麥格理變更投資計畫，是經投審會同意，只送NCC「備查」。NCC爭取向投審會要求，類似案件應向NCC提出變更申請，投審會最近才同意。國民兩黨立委昨天砲轟NCC對此事態度輕忽。
