「捍衛檢察一體」無望　陳守煌去職早有定案

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】立法院長王金平涉幫立委柯建銘關說司法個案爆發之初，高檢署檢察長陳守煌曾說：「若檢察官評鑑委員認定我有關說，願辭去檢察長。」日前檢評會果然認定關說，他昨發表聲明，表示「為捍衛檢察一體」，才臨時改變立場，決定不辭。但傳出法務部高層考量對他調職，陳守煌去職幾已成定局。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，陳守煌本月13日曾交給法務部長羅瑩雪一份「聲明請辭」書，以備14日檢察官評鑑委員會若認為他有接受關說，他要辭職負責。據悉，當時羅瑩雪與法務部其他高層已為陳的去職達成共識；日前被認定關說，法務部將考量要反映民意立即調整陳守煌職務，或等到明年1月或2月檢察首長統一調動時，再調動陳守煌。
