李金木 統一獅投手 我的生存之道 過去我的快速球大約138~145公里，但手術後球速出不來，這次冬季聯盟平均大約降了 7~8公里，達到140公里好像沒幾顆，卻發現球的轉速變快、球質較好，雖然還是希望 球速能再進步，但投球型態應該要做個轉變了，控球要更好，球種要多一點。 日籍投手教練落合英二教了我內角上飄球，這種球路在進壘後會稍微往上竄，跟我原 先往下掉的伸卡球相反，但是投球姿勢又差不多，如果調整得好，應該會很有效，周 四(今天)對多明尼加是我最後一次出賽，會試投幾顆看看。 去年11月動手術清右手肘骨刺，今年6月才第1次投球，只在二軍上場，完全沒在一軍 出賽，冬季聯盟就當做復健賽，我算是先發型投手，就以這個目標來調整，拼明年春 訓。 http://ppt.cc/mJiW -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.122.142
