明年甲組球成棒30隊 創史上最多

中職傾向不派球員參加仁川亞運，負責組訓工作的中華棒協，仍照原定計畫，將在明年5月初組成中華隊，全力備戰9月19日揭幕的亞運棒球賽；棒協秘書長林宗成表示，亞運開打前1周，全隊將提前出發，適應人工草皮球場。

中華隊進軍亞運，將由今年東亞運總教練呂明賜繼續領軍，對抗南韓職棒夢幻隊、日本社會隊菁英；林宗成表示，為了配合亞運，明年春季聯賽將提早在2月開打，4月底前結束，以便選出中華隊國手。

中職不打亞運，中華隊仍採東亞運模式，業餘球員搭配旅外好手。

另外，業餘甲組球隊明年將達30隊，創下空前紀錄。台南市隊預定1月成立，成為第6支城市隊，社會隊連國訓兩隊在內共有11支；高雄大學、義守大學也將成軍，大學隊從現有17支變成19支，春季賽熱鬧非凡。

林宗成表示，30隊是史上最多，社會隊每年出賽60場，大學隊至少40場，未來賽事如何分級將成重點，有可能把社會、大學隊分開。
