增菘瑋季後積極訓練　面對春訓更游刃有餘

【王翊亘／龍潭報導】中信兄弟的投手群，今天持續在龍潭球場訓練，總教練謝長亨看到投手群的訓練狀況覺得很滿意，他說：「看得出來很多球員在休季期間有在準備，很快就融入訓練。」
 
去年奪下10勝的增菘瑋，更是僅休1星期就投入自主訓練，增菘瑋說：「美日職棒很多頂尖球員，到了休季期間仍維持訓練，而且到了季賽仍然能維持高檔，所以我也想嘗試看看這樣的方式。」
 
「以前春訓時，可以說是被訓練菜單的節奏拖著跑，但這次有持續維持訓練後，真的覺得游刃有餘。」增菘瑋笑說。
