新MacPro最低階的顯卡規格 到底強不強

這是新MacPro最低階的顯卡規格
雙 AMD FirePro D300 GPU，各配備 2GB GDDR5 VRAM

這是我目前使用2010 MacPro顯卡規格
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 Mac Edition ，擁有 1792 stream、112 texture units、32 render，核心時脈部分為 810MHz 以及 3GB GDDR5 記憶體，頻寬為 384-bit。

因為目前想要採購New MacPro但又覺得預算有點緊，所以我想知道這二種規格在操作FCPX特效外掛，與Motion5時，對於操作順暢度的差異到底差多少？

不知道有沒有網友能以硬體規格來分析一下！

另外關於監視器界面只有Thunderbolt 與 HDMI二種規格
是否螢幕只能用Thunderbolt的，因為HDMI好像會延遲
