隨著陽光逐漸消失，正式宣告又開始要急凍！氣象局持續發布低溫特報，提醒民眾做好保暖工作。

19日清晨03:18，玉山溫度為-4.6度；阿里山01:19為-2.5度，另外，嘉義則出現入冬以來最低溫，在清晨06:45時僅有7.4度，而隨著陽光出現，19日白天天氣晴朗，冷氣團強度也會減弱，但輻射冷卻效應使得各地在入夜之後氣溫仍偏低、中南部地區日夜溫差大。

中央氣象局說，明日晚起寒流南下，氣溫逐漸下降，21日至23日各地氣溫明顯偏低，預計台南以北至宜蘭沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖將出現攝氏10度以下之低溫。周二越晚越冷，低溫預測在西半部及東北部下探9到10度，其中嘉義以北在周三及周四清晨，因加上輻射冷卻效應，局部可能出現8度左右的低溫，花東低溫也會降到約12到13度左右；天氣上，東半部地區仍有局部短暫雨，北部的降雨區域則縮小到以山區為主，其他地區為多雲到晴。

氣象局提醒，農漁養殖業及山坡地作物請嚴防寒害；民眾亦請注意保暖，使用瓦斯熱水器具應注意室內通風，以免一氧化碳中毒。
