fb及youtobe無法顯示網頁的問題

在問這問題之前我爬文很多很多人問題都跟我一樣回答解答問題我都照做但就是點進去無法顯示網頁??
到底是為什麼會這樣??
所有不同的瀏覽器上FB也是說無法顯示網頁，
清除cookie等、掃毒 ie上用nPrivate 瀏覽都一樣
還是我之前裝了360 360我也全刪了
不行就是不行除了重灌還有什麼辦法呢???

另臺電腦可以上fb 為什麼這台就不行??
