田中將大MLB初登板 3度三振

轉戰美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)的日本職棒球星田中將大(Masahiro Tanaka)，1日首度披上紐約洋基(New York Yankees)戰袍登板出賽。他主投2局被擊出2支安打無失分，有3次三振，表現優異。

洋基隊1日出戰費城人隊(Philadelphia)，最後以4比零獲勝。

身穿19號球衣的田中，雖然是首度在大聯盟出賽，但並未擔任先發投手。他是繼沙巴西亞(C.C. Sabathia)和黑田博樹(Hiroki Kuroda)之後，在第五局上場後援，主投2局。

25歲的田中在賽後說，「我很緊張，但這真是一種很棒的緊張感。」由於這場比賽是在日本今天(2日)凌晨進行，在受訪後田中也向家鄉的球迷說聲「晚安」。
