俄國對烏克蘭發動「天然氣」戰爭的風險急速升高，俄國天然氣要價提高，烏克蘭12日表示已停付貸款，正在和俄國天然氣公司談判價碼，但據信達成妥協的希望渺茫。俄國供輸西方的天然氣管通過烏克蘭，如果俄烏談判破局而莫斯科停供烏克蘭，西方將會「斷氣」。
