求學霸凌陰影　男手銬反銬自關狗籠！舌撥電話求救

台東縣一名男子因學生時期曾受到霸凌，造成他行為怪異，13日男子將自己關進大型狗籠內，還把雙手以手銬反銬在狗籠鐵絲上，無法脫困，最後以舌頭撥打手機向警消人員求救，警方擔心男子還會有傷害自己的行為，已送醫持續觀察。

根據《中央社》報導，這名男子在唸書時，曾受到霸凌，疑似造成心中陰影，導致行為怪異，男子的身高約170公分，60公斤，13日竟將自己關進大型狗籠內，還把雙手以手銬反銬在狗籠鐵絲上。

警消人員接獲男子報案後，前往救援，先將狗籠的鐵絲剪斷，再幫男子解開手銬，男子的手腕出現明顯瘀痕、紅腫，警方擔心男子之後還會有自殘行為，於是將他送往醫院就醫。

但令警方不解的是，男子雙手以手銬反銬在狗籠上，根本無法撥打電話，研判男子可能是以鼻子或舌頭撥打求救。
