最近家裡要辦喜事了早就訂好了餐廳付了訂金但前幾天餐廳因為鄰近工廠大火燒掉了廚房和我們會使用到的宴會廳來不及在婚禮當天修繕完畢業者提供了他們的分店想要我們去那裏！但是等級實在差太多啊!!!!!!!! 破爛殘破不堪XD 搞得我們不想繼續在那裏辦婚禮想要退訂這樣可以跟他們要求什麼阿算是他們違約嗎上班還請假出來跟他們喬事情.....可以請領工資嗎當初契約上面說如果我們違約要賠40000 那現在我們可以反過來要求他們賠錢(除了退還訂金)嗎這法律上有什麼法源依據嗎?? 超級怒的!!! 離婚禮剩不到兩星期.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.24.207.58 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409047677.A.A94.html
