台灣大哥大2g轉3g問題

前言:我是台灣大哥大的我7/4去用2G轉3G+月租699(月租699+行動網路上限800)
但門市裡的人員說我7/8一起床就開通了,但我等到今天都沒有,我快忍不住了,上網找都是中華電信,其實等那麼久真的有點火大

1. 2g轉3g的 "開通時間" 多久???
我朋友說他之前辦台哥大的時候要7天

2. 在2g轉3g時的這段開通時間,可以上 "GOGLE PLAY下載" 任何東西嗎???
我也有朋友說他有下載,但我還是不放心

3. 如果開通了,就等於 "行動網路也開通" 了???若是的話就可以 "直接" 用網路了,還是要到手機裡的 "設定" 在開 "行動網路" 如果 "不是直接" 可以教我如何開嗎？？？
