【短片】日秋田暴雨　養老院百名老人避難

【綜合報導】受到氣候異常影響，日本秋田、岩手兩縣今天(9日)降下破紀錄的超大豪雨，當地時間下午1時，一所老人院的積水已經超過警戒，院內百名老人受困，警消緊急出動，將行動不便的老人們移往地勢較高的臨時收容中心安置。

今天上半天，日本東北部的秋田、岩手兩縣降雨量，已經超過往年8月一整個月的雨量，但日本氣象廳持續發出警告，這樣的暴雨仍會持續幾小時到今天深夜。
