這是變壓器，有考過甲匠或是台電人員都摸過
或是6年級的高職技職體系電機科，也有機會在學校摸到

請去搜尋"電線桿變壓器爆炸"，有不少真實案例

基本上是很安全的，不可能青青菜菜就爆炸
台電有在定期維護的，請安心
不然全台那麼多電線桿上有變壓器，不就到處都在爆

至於電磁波，我跟你保證~~~有~~
但你接個手機講個電話，電磁波就不會比這個低

說真的~~這有個讓人討厭的地方，就是夜晚或是下雨天，有時會發生滋滋的聲音

以從事電力的我來說，頂多是影響睡眠睡不好而已，其他不會有影響
(話說~~~我認識從事電力工作的人，生女孩的機率高很多，或許是剛好吧)
