【石明啟／桃園報導】受到潭美颱風外圍還流影響，桃園地區今天上午起下起間歇性大雨，部分地區時雨量超過20豪米，中山高速公路南崁交流道附近因為強大雨勢，路旁排水溝無法宣洩，中午起造成嚴重淹水，造成塞車。

南崁交流道因大雨淹水，水深約1個輪胎，造成南下往蘆竹市區嚴重積水，造成交流道附近交流打結，嚴重塞車， 駕駛抱怨連連。石門水庫在下午進行排洪。不過有民眾苦中作樂，在交流道抓到1隻毛蟹。
