其實兩句都對。畢竟語意上都是絲巾跟V領衫搭。

但第一句較佳。因為第二句的絲巾「主動」感太強。

且常理來說，不是每一條絲巾都會對V領衫有畫龍點睛的效果。
而V-neck blouses go better with silk scarves. 則是通則性的講出一個普羅大眾也認同的搭配法。

但這邊的和things go better with所表達的語意並不相同。

things go better 是指事情的「發展」。具有延續性的感覺。

衣物 go better with 飾品。=look better with (但go較常用)
意思是說該飾品配上該衣物較好看，搭起來比較合適。

有時會有其它選擇放在一起比較。
V-neck blouses go better with silk scarves, instead of other accessories.
