我以專業消防設備師回答：一般大樓消防檢修申報，類出不符規定改善計畫書，非常詳盡一一類出，其經費，理當由管委會統籌辦理，除非管委會沒經費，才由各住戶分攤。

一般大樓消防警報系統(偵煙探測器、偵熱探測器)容易有斷線情況，大部分由各住戶裝潢而斷線，探測器沒壞，要抓斷線或重新拉線，或原探測器要求裝設高檔探測器，這部分經費可能要住戶負擔。但假如管委會不計較經費問題另當別論。
