法院會通知私生子繼承遺產嗎？

爸爸外遇在外有私生子…也有辦理領養

不過之後不喜歡那個小孩…所以又辦理放棄領養

而爸爸堅持私生子分不到財產不肯申請夫妻財產分開制…

想請問幾個問題…

1.若以後爸爸過世了…法院會通知外面的私生子有遺產繼承權嗎？

2.若媽媽先過世…爸爸可以和子女搶分財產嗎？
（因為爸爸很敗家會亂花錢=.=…）

3.若父母先寫好遺囑有用嗎？

4.有什麼方式可以避免財產被外面的孩子爭取到
