以發電成本來說，台電每度電的發電成本，核能0.69元，天然氣發電是核能的4.7倍，而每度電成本高達5.96元的燃油，更是核能的8.6倍，請問:核電發電成本,是否包含核廢料處理?以及停止使用後之封廠處理廢?
