女監人員貪汙 判刑確定

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北3日電）前高雄女子監獄總務科賴姓書記在民國98年承辦監視器採購案，護航圖利廠商新台幣14萬元。最高法院依貪污治罪條例判刑5年6月確定。

法院判決指出，賴女得知監所要辦理經費300萬元的監視器改善工程，事先向業者通風報信，並暗中護航協助廠商投標，圖利業者約14萬元。

最高法院批評，賴女罔顧法令圖利廠商，犯後不認罪，但審酌本案圖利金額不高，因此依貪污治罪條例圖利罪，徒刑5年6月，褫奪公權3年確定。1030803
