烏克蘭總統：盡快規劃停火計畫

烏克蘭總統波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）在與俄羅斯總統普亭會談後表示，他將盡快擬定停火的規劃，結束烏克蘭政府軍與東部分離分子之間的戰鬥。

這是烏克蘭與俄羅斯的元首自六月以來的首次對話，波洛申科在會後表示，這是一個艱難而複雜的對話，但他將盡快制訂停火的規劃藍圖。不過目前並不清楚烏克蘭東部叛軍如何回應停火議題，又能多快達成 但普亭說，儘管他與波洛申科未實質討論停火議題，俄羅斯將努力推動旨在結束烏克蘭東部流血衝突的和平對話， 俄羅斯與烏克蘭間無法討論基輔與頓內次克、盧甘斯克停火的條件，「這不是俄羅斯的責任」，這要靠烏克蘭自己。

烏克蘭政府指責俄羅斯向分離武裝提供武器裝備，但俄羅斯否認有關指控。
