【張菱育／台北報導】根據永慶房產集團針對成交資料分析，2013年大台北地區首購族平均購屋總價，以北市中心區平均1731萬元最高。2011~2013年北市中心區、北市郊區或新北房市熱區，近3年首購族平均購屋總價約增加129~267萬元，且以北市郊區增加267萬元最多；另也發現，隨著購屋總價提升，2013年北市中心區平均首購年齡高達39.2歲，其中中正區以平均40.8歲，居大台北之冠，而新莊區34.8歲最低。

永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛表示，北市中心區房價高，以台北市地政局公布的「台北市價格月指數」來看，大安、信義、中正區平均房價每坪70~90萬元，對首購族來說，要進駐北市中心區域，難度相對高。而新莊、土城、板橋區房價較北市中心低，年輕族群較易負擔的起，有意在大台北購屋的首購族，可往這些區域找尋。
