原勞工安全衛生法將適用對象擴大，更名為職業安生衛生法，本月3日正式實施，明定事業單位勞動場所發生職災、罹災人數1人以上，罹災者肢體或哭官嚴重受損，危及生命或造成身體機能嚴重失，且需住院治療連續24小時以上的災害，雇主應於8小時內通報勞檢機構，否則要處3萬到30萬罰鍰。

職業安全衛生署今天指出，職業安全衛生法新增重傷職災通報，職安署也將重傷個案納入深度服務範園，由職災個案管理員即時介入，主動協助。
