頂樓漏水如何跟管委會提告求償,提告程序,內部裝潢是否也能求償

目前大樓頂樓一年多前管委會有做防水工程,但並沒做好,委外的防水工程並未收尾就跑了,我們社區內有住戶家裡開始漏水,管委會表示己出過一次防水工程費用,這次要我們住戶自行處理,這樣我要怎麼提告,需有什麼証據或程序,而提告後所產生的費用如律師費或其他雜費,需住戶自行吸收,還是勝訴後由管委會負責,家裡內部裝潢因頂樓漏水所造成的損害,是否也能求償
