高雄氣爆 公路監理業務權益便民措施

高雄市前鎮區發生氣爆意外災害事件，高雄市區監理所為維護受災民眾公路監理業務權益，公布相關措施規定。

受災車輛辦理報廢、牌照繳註銷及停駛(車牌、行照繳回)，民眾可檢附身分證、臨時身分證、駕駛執照及村里長、警察派出所、鄉鎮市區公所或相關機關出具之證明或當事人切結書，在104年1月31日前提出申請，而103年7月30日以後之汽車燃料使用費免徴。

受災車輛如僅需修護，須另提供汽車修理廠開具之證明文件，在104年1月31日前提出申請，就可按修車日數減免汽車燃料使用費。 另受災民眾所有車輛定期檢驗、職業駕駛執照審驗，也可展延至104年1月31日止。

受災車輛所有人死亡，繼承人檢附村里長、警察派出所、鄉鎮市區公所或相關機關出具之證明辦理繼承過戶、繳註銷牌照、報廢等手續，其汽車燃料使用費計徵至103年7月30日。
