超馬女神 工藤真實在書上提到，當狀況不好時，不想跑，她就告訴自己，只要再跑一下就好了，身體會自己突破難關，跑步的快樂就會回來

我把真實的話放在心上，不想跑時，就去運動場動一下，然後小跑一下

結果每次都期待下次再跑
