台開內線案更三審 趙建銘輕判四年

前總統陳水扁女婿趙建銘捲入的台開內線交易案，台灣高等法院上午更三審宣判，本案迄今纏訟近8年，前駙馬趙建銘的刑度首度獲得大幅度的減輕，更三審判決理由認為，趙建銘等人涉犯的內線案，犯罪所得並非歷審認定的上億元，而只有4百多萬元，加上趙在審理中已繳納犯罪所得，因此從輕判他4年徒刑，本案還可再上訴。
