綠委批：財團法人變養老院　董事長最老78歲

民進黨立委李俊俋上午指出，立法院今年1月決議，政府捐助設立的財團法人，董事長、執行長、總經理等職，初任年齡不得超過62歲，任期屆滿前年滿65歲，應在3個月內撤換，但他最近清查發現，政府捐助的59個財團法人，超過62歲的董事長竟高達33人，最老的是蔣經國國際學術交流基金會董事長毛高文，已達78歲，財團法人已變國家的養老院！
 
李俊俋說，根據資料，政府捐助成立的59個財團法人董事長，超過62歲的有33人，超過65歲有20人，超過70歲有8人，除了毛高文外，次老的是公共電視文化事業基金會董事長邵玉銘，也已76歲。李俊俋批，國家是已經沒有人才了嗎？這些人都是政務官卸任後轉任，大部分都還有支薪，財團法人變政府的酬庸單位，要求行政院遵守立法院決議，1個月內立即清查完畢。（何哲欣／台北報導）
