玻利維亞啟用全球最高纜車

玻利維亞30日啟用首都拉巴斯和附近城市的纜車，把交通時間從開車的30分鐘縮短到10分鐘。拉巴斯海拔3660公尺，當地纜車為全球最高的纜車路線，全長10公里左右，目前啟用的是第一期。
